Installation and Operating Manual
Introduction
This manual is intended for the Palma 2.0 and Palma 2.0 ROH models.
The Palma 2.0 consists of a powerful air circulation heater combined with an optional external wet-room thermostat (Thermo 2). It is designed to control the temperature in greenhouses and conservatories.
Read all instructions carefully before installation and use. Keep this manual for future reference. If you have any doubts regarding safety or electrical connection, consult a qualified electrician.
Important Note:
This product is only suitable for well-insulated rooms or occasional use.

3. Safety Instructions
- This device may only be connected to a 230 V, 50/60 Hz grounded socket.
- Never use a different voltage.
- The heater must be protected from heavy soiling and excessive moisture.
- Do not cover the heater or block the air intake or output openings.
- Keep flammable materials, sprays, and gases away from the heater.

Maintain minimum distances:
– 50 cm (20") from flammable objects
– 40 cm (16") from walls to air intake
– 1.5 m (5 ft) free space in front of the air output (recommended)
- Never insert or remove the plug with wet hands.
- Do not use extension cables unless they are rated for at least 16 A and fully unrolled.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Unplug the heater before cleaning or maintenance.
4. Installation
Placement
Place the heater on a stable, level surface. For best performance, position it so that the airflow is not obstructed and the warm air is distributed evenly throughout the greenhouse.
Electrical Connection
- Insert the heater’s power plug into the Thermo 2 socket (recommended for precise control), or directly into a mains wall socket.
- If using the Thermo 2 thermostat, mount it on the wall at plant height using the supplied screws.
Warning: Never operate the heater with a coiled or damaged cable.
5. Operating Instructions
Selector Switch Positions (on the heater)
- Off – Device not in operation
- Fan Only – Air circulation without heating (summer mode)
- Heating – 2025 W heat + continuous fan (thermostat controlled)
5.1 Winter Mode – Using Thermo 2 (Recommended)
- Set the desired temperature on the Thermo 2 digital thermostat.
- Set the heater selector switch to position 3 (Heating).
- Set the heater’s own thermostat knob to maximum.
- The Thermo 2 will now control the temperature accurately.
5.2 Winter Mode – Without Thermo 2 (Palma 2.0 RAW style)
- Set selector switch to position 3.
- Turn the heater thermostat knob to maximum.
- Slowly turn the knob anticlockwise until the operation lamp turns off at your desired temperature.
5.3 Summer Mode (Air Circulation)
- Set selector switch to position 2 (Fan Only).
- Open greenhouse doors or roof vents.
- The fan circulates air, reduces temperature, lowers humidity, and aids pollination.
6. Safety Feature (Overheat Protection)
If the heater overheats, the built-in temperature-controlled circuit breaker will switch it off automatically.
To reset: - Turn the heater off and allow it to cool for 5–10 minutes. - Clear any blockage from intake or outlet.
7. Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always unplug the heater and let it cool before cleaning.
- Wipe the housing with a damp (not wet) cloth.
- Remove dust from intake and output grilles using a vacuum cleaner or soft brush.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners.
8. Disposal
Dispose of the device at an approved collection centre in accordance with local regulations.
